It’s time to get your diaries and filofaxes 🙂 organised as Raiders announce the first of the pre-season action.
It will be a big Sapphire welcome to our first visitors for the 22-23 campaign, on Sunday 4th September, and that will be Slava Koulikov and his Peterborough Phantoms. The day before (Saturday 3rd) sees the Raiders travelling up the M11 and looking forward to the comfort of their chilly rink to get some relief from the heat wave we will hopefully be enjoying.
This has been a great rivalry over the decades with many classics between the teams but Phantoms had Raiders number for much of last season. A great chance for both teams to start gathering information on the team changes and get some line combinations settled.
So get it in your diary now for the first action of September.
The home game will not be part of the season ticket package but will be the first chance to pay for season tickets if you are choosing to have one and hand over your passport photo.
