Fans will remember a few seasons back we suffered the loss of a few long term fans in a short period of time. We marked this by adding a small motif to the team shirt for the next few years.
Well we have been affected by the loss of more stalwarts in this summer break so we are again marking the passing of our good friends with the return of a logo in the form of a pair of wings on the match shirts.
So it is for all those who have passed in recent decades who would have far rather been belting out some encouragement for their Raiders. But we have definitely been reminded by the recent losses of David, Peter and Maureen.
RIP but keep up the cheering!
