The Raiders wish Adam well as he assists Milton Keynes Lightning till the paperwork clears on their new import signing.
MK’s news release gives all the information as they report on their web site:- ↓
“We are currently awaiting final approval from UK immigration for Deivids Sarkanis to join up with the team, in a process which is going on longer than we had hoped. Every box is ticked from our end, and we’re hopeful that we will get the green light soon. Deivids can’t wait to get on the plane from Riga!
“In the meantime, to help support our league campaign, we are delighted that Adam Laishram will be once again pulling on an MKL shirt when he dresses for us this weekend. As some of you will have seen, Adam has played already this year with our league rivals Raiders IHC and he remains registered with them. We are very grateful to the Raiders ownership and coaching teams for their help in loaning us Adam for this weekend.
“It will be nice to see Adam playing for MKL once more, even if just on this temporary basis. We look forward to Deivids arrival very soon”.
Adam remains signed to Raiders for potential action when injuries and other issues make it appropriate, and as available during his studies in London.
