Few, even ardent hockey fans, can have missed the fact that there are some footballs being kicked around in Qatar at the moment. We are mindful that the final of the World Cup Competition is due to face off……..sorry kick off, at 3pm on Sunday 18th December.
Raiders fans will be torn between watching this quadrennial event and the final game before the Christmas break as Raiders are due to entertain Basingstoke Bison at 5:15pm.
To try to assist, and we are aware you cannot please all the people all the time, discussions with rink management and Basingstoke Bison have agreed to a delay to 6:30pm. This will hopefully be enough to see even extra time before heading off to the Sapphire.
